Lindt's 90% dark chocolate. it is made by a major confectionist. some protein bars are healthy, but not all of them are! Powerbars are OK at best.

okk. welll yeah im 12 and i havent gotten my perioddd yettt, sorrry to gross yaouut, but like everytime i go to the bathroom or change underwear theres this brown stuff inthere? like dark dark brown. it almost seems wormy, texture like. ive been hearing its old blood but im really not sure? when i pee, i wipe and it seems like i just wiped after i pooped. lol well thats how it looks? and whenever i poop real blood comes oout ( of the area, not the t ), well pinkish? ehhh. is this old blood or not?HELP!?

i recently bought v.v., and i finished it. i solved the puzzles, maxed out on everything. on forums, etc, people comment on their "other islands" and why they should be connected somehow. can someone tell me how to get more than one island without losing my original island?
