What's up with The Lightning Thief (movie)?

I KNOW!! I totally agree, it was a huge disappointment. The ones you said pretty much are the ones I noticed, but still. The movie was kinda funny, but it is something else entirely from the books. I didn't follow the book at all, actually. I HATED that there was no Clarisse! (speaking of which, she is vital in book #5) I was SO looking forward to the bathroom scene with Percy. what da ya think?
