What is a good camera?

I am interested in the casio exilim ex-s10. I like how it is slim, has the easy recording video on, and has the best shot mode. But I am a little bummed out about the fact that it does not have image stabilization. I want to know if there is a camera that is slim and sleek, easy functions, around 250 to 300 dollars, can put the movies on youtube directly from the camera, can record with audio, holds sd sdhc cards, and has image stabilization. Can you suggest any? thnx
