Which two of these 3 WR should I start this weekend?

I would go with Javon and Welker - Javon because he is the best receiver of the three and even though Indy has been playing stout defense he is Cutler's best target and he'll get his share of looks (especially if Denver is forced to play from behind, which they will have to). Welker is a good play because Cincy is one of the worst defenses in the league against the p (I mean, Derek Anderson threw 5 TD's against them - Brady could possibly throw 90 haha). Combining how much Brady spreads the ball around/Cincy's defenders focused on Moss/Welker's emergence as the number 2 over Stallworth - I like his odds to make it into the endzone this week. Even if receptions don't count - he's still a better play than the inconsistent Vincent Jackson whose production will probably suffer with the resurgence of the run game versus a terrible KC front seven.
