Should we contact our congress people about messsenger invaded by bots again..?

Every chat room no matter what subject totally filled with bots. Is it time to contact our federal and state represenitives for an investigation of Yahoo practices or failure of them to protect their users for this obscene material being forced on us? They took away our user rooms and forced their choice of rooms supposedly for our protection now the video s have totally taken over the chat rooms. Whats your response?
