Why dont we get along?

i've immigrant neighbors...their kids have thrown beer bottles in my yard (concrete)/ scratched new siding...i called police...relatives visit/throw rocks/dirt at my car in back of house,he says when ppl come over he dont wanna correct the kids...4yr old was in street all the time...then 18 mth old came over, was left alone.. just before went into street w/car coming i grabbed 'em...his door was open,2 women there on cell phones didnt acknowledge me til 5th knock...finally told them off about kids...kids jumping from roof onto trampoline...in/out of windows...b blarring all day long into my house..throwing this/that into my yard..playing hardball baseball in front..he says i am only one that gives him trouble...says my dogs bark all the time..not true..they go out in morn/nite 5 min's only...if bark bring in...someone says they think differently than those born here..he thinks alchy--wont take responsiblity, its my fault..retaliates by saying dogs bark.. i am so upset!
