Mentally challenged boyfriend?

he cant remember well known actors such as Brad Pitt and Bruce Willis, when hes driving and i tell him to turn left he turns right, his brain just doesnt seem to function properly and he suffers really bad mood swings i only talked in a film briefly and he got really angry and frustrated and threatened to cancel christmas. should i be worried?
