Burgundy wanting to go blonde. What are the best steps to take, minus a salon. :p?

By the time you spend the money on 2 home bleaching kits, toners and etc, you could have just gone to the salon and had it done professionally. You can't just keep bleaching your hair over and over and not get any damage. I would not recommend doing this drastic of a change at home.
