Check it! My g/friend and I will be together for 1 year coming July 13. What's a gift she'll never forget?

I've ran out of ideas. I've done the flowers, necklaces, earrings, and I'm taking her to a Rascal Flatts/Taylor Swift concert for her b/day in September. We live together and she has 3 kids which are pretty much mine too. She's 28 and I'm 25. Ideas anyone?
