How much weight should i lose to look like this (pics)?

Before you start losing weight, keep in mind that everyone has a different body structure. Some are genetically thin while others have a little fat. My best suggestion is to to talk to your doctor and maybe find an exersice plan to shape yourself. In dieting, the most important focus is the nutrients. You many not look model thin, but at least you're healthy. You're BMI is 21.6 which is a healthy body weight. So focus more on excercise rather than dieting with food.
